IIRC, I saw a black AP1, topdown, traveling northbound on I-95 between the Fredericksburg and Falmouth exits Saturday at approximately 1230.

Car had non-personalized plates and a military base sticker(appeared to be enlisted). Male driver had a female passenger and was zig-zagging in-n-out of traffic. Couldn't get muh wave on.
