Does anyone still want to meet tonight at the braddock road starbucks? Suppose to be a real nice night.

was this meet a one time thing or is this a new weekly meet?

 

Oops, ya you're right. Didnt even catch that one. Its ok, cause no one showed up anyways so i just left. Kind of expected cause of the short notice. Same time and day this weekend?

 

Just a word of advice on how to get people to come out.... have something to do, rather than just meeting up in a parking lot to sit there and do nothing. You're trying to meet people on the boards, but yet have no incentive for people to come out other than "hey, let's meet in a parking lot off so and so street and drink starbucks coffee" I think if I wanted to drink Starbucks I could find one closer by than that and call it a day. Plan a dinner. Plan something to do, since you're asking people to come out on a weekend. Just my $.02 on how you could get people to come out and enjoy themselves.

 

You also might want to put the day (Fri or Sat) in the first post if you're doing it for this weekend.

 

If you want to try it again and set up another meet with a specific place and time, I'd like to drop in and meet some people.

I don't care what we do. I don't mind sitting around, drinking coffee, shooting the breeze... if that's the plan.

 

Just looking to meet fellow s2k owners. Don't care what we really do.
