PA owner in need of a passenger's side AP1 headlamp
Hi all! 
[I scoured the Mid-A Swap Meet forum, and posted to koolaid Chris' AP1 part out thread in the off-chance that he has a salvagable passenger headlamp...but I need all eyes on this request to try to help a PA fella, Mike, out with his damaged AP1 headlamp if ya'll don't mind
. This thread won't have to remain long -- a day or two perhaps, then it can be locked/deleted. But *please* mods, consider keeping it available in the general Mid-A forum for 'all eyes on' to see if we can't drum up some support/help for this AP1 owner asap. Thanks!

This evening I received a pair of AP1 headlamps for a Rick's JDM conversion and while my customer realized he had condensation building up in his passenger headlamp, it wasn't until he'd pull it that he realized he had a broken mount (i.e. cracked thru black plastic housing). Well...that I can repair. But what he *didn't* notice...and I did once the headlamps arrived...is that a *second* of 4 mounts is busted out. This one is the mount that is molded in just below and to the right of the HID area (a 10mm bolt mounts here between the fenderwell and the ballast). On top of that, the upper-inner mount's metal clip has been ripped out. Obviously, this customer's car has been in an accident (he's owned this AP1 for over 5 years now...and is only now aware of this point
...I feel really bad for him).
So, with all that said (yes...I talk a lot
)...I hope all folks eyes are on this and can appreciate this guy's need. Maybe another Mid-A member has an AP1 passenger headlamp in a condition worth considering for this guy Mike. If so, shoot me a PM for his sake. Thanks in advance to any & all that can help out!
