What else do you need from us besides tables? I saw in the OP, perhaps a need for coolers? We should be able to spare a couple of big ones out of the gear trailer for the day...
Jon - I am not aware of anyone in this group coming out Friday night that could possibly rope off the area. If you be so kind as to do that, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Lou

I can bring some chicken. Scared of the answers this could bring, but would people prefer breasts, thighs, wings?

Is there any sort of group drive heading out there from the NoVA area?
Hadn't planned to caravan since there really isn't a set arrival time but I'd be open to the idea. Been a long time since there's been a caravan in the Mid-A.
+1 for a caravan, if any one else is planning on going via I-70 W.

Guys.. sorry I haven't been on to update. Aaron (and everyone else) thanks so much for updating the list and helping out. I've been out of town the past 2 weeks, and I haven't had much time to be around on here.

I just received the following email from Shirley, Cale's Mom and thought you would all appreciate it:

"I want to thank you again for honoring Cale's memory with the "Laps for Cale". It means so much to us that you continue to keep him a part of your racing family!

Darcie, Tom and Jess, Jeff and I will be there on Sunday. As you know, Cale was an organ donor. I have been in contact with the family of the little boy that received Cale's liver. They will also be joining us at the racetrack on Sunday. This will be the first time we have met face-to-face so I wanted to give you a head's up about this special visitor. Rutger had just been moved to the first spot on the transplant list and would have died had he not received Cale's gift.

We are so looking forward to seeing all of you again this weekend. I pray, as I do every day, for your safety on the track."

Lou - I wont be there this weekend, but i'll see if someone wouldn't mind bringing it to the track for you.

I think the list is fully updated now.

I have TrumpetTitan (Glenn) AND Gfacter (George) down for bringing hot dog rolls. Can you guys please reach out to BeepBeep (Ron) and coordinate how many etc? I know George already has some, so Glenn, if you haven't bought them already, perhaps you might want to get something else?

O-turn and Metros are both bringing sodas- so if you guys can coordinate i'd appreciate that as well.

Do we need Kyle Bacon's propane grill?

I sent Keith an invite on FB...

A suggestion for those of you that would like to contribute and don't have time to go to the store, you may want to consider helping the members bringing some of the more expensive food products. Or you may want to consider making an additional donation to Cale's Charity.

The Cale's gift part kind of touch my heart. It's amazing how Cale still keeps on giving.

I'll bring Bratwurst. It's not on the list but a good barbecue always has them IMHO.
