My sister is assistant director of residential life at the Hopkins campus and knows her quite well as she was a past student/resident of hers and also was an employee of one of her friends at one point.

I hope they find this SOB.

He had been convicted 4 times for DUI . And he is still out there .

 

don't even know if that was the guy who actually did it yet...

Disgusting...you can pretty well bet that is the guy. These people who drive drunk consistently and get away with it really need to be put away for a long time.

Because they were searching for the owner of the truck. And that was him.

 

aye, truck could very well have been stolen in the area that the accident occurred.
