That's why you could never win it on your own, but a good lawyer could find an example case where precedence was set or something.

I was driving for maybe a total of about a minute before i was stopped... i pulled out of the parking lot making a right at a stop sing which i came to a complete stop at. Im sure he had his reasons, and im fine with paying the fine (even though i hope i can reduce it) My only concern is that i wont be able to drive for a long long time.
