this car looks good with the black wheels and polished lip. Where can i get this done? or can i do it myself?

 

You'll most likely find that from the side, it makes the 16" wheel look like a 14". I do agree, however, that that picture looks good.

 

Having the lip of the wheel a different color from the center of the wheel makes the wheel look smaller... On the stock 16"s if you do that, especially with the center being black and the lip being silver, the huge contrast would make the wheel look really small...

If I were you, I'd try to see an S2k with stock wheels colored the way you want before you decide what you want to do.
