how much does it cost if i did find a 20G at the store? controllers?

i would jump at this, except i want the additional slots that the 60G gives you, more so than the 40 G extra HD space.

When the 20gig was released they were going for 500$ and the controller goes for i think somewhere around 75$ so after taxes its comes to just about 600$ Games were 59.99 each. You do know you can purchase any old laptop 60GB Hardrive and plug it into the PS3 for a 60GB version. Like i said Im fine with letting just the system and controller go for 600 cause i can just go return the games. Oh and with the system will come the movie the free blue ray DVD Talladaga Nights.

If you like the deal David, jump at it. If the "slots" you're referring to are the various card reader slots on the 60GB that aren't on the 20GB...well, a USB multi-card reader takes care of that. And, of course, the HD itself can be upgraded [on either model] quite painlessly.

Personally, I went with the 20GB model and haven't looked back. Happily my wireless router is setting very nearby the PS3 that is wired to it via ethernet cable. No probs whatsoever...and saved me $100 beans over the 60GB model .

As mentioned, MSRP on 20GB is $499. 60GB by comparison runs for $599. SIXAXIS controller MSRP is $49.99. Games run $59.99 typically.

DO IT! (and then you can stop thinkin' about that lil' biotch that skanked your free PS3 profit-split )
