What's your policy on doing someone's alignment and a tech damages one of the rims?

 

I'll let them answer that question. However, if you're worried about your rims being damaged this is the place to take your car. Upon drop off they inspect your car for damage and the owner signs off on it. Tires are mounted using an uber fancy touchless machine and the professionalism of the staff is top notch.

Bump. I guess they're not going to answer the question. Not trying to stir things up but I would hate for this to happen to another member on here. Long story short, I got some suspension work done at PTUNING including alignment and there were 2 deep gouges on two spokes on one of my matte black wheels. You could tell because the spokes were now showing silver. They offered free services as reimbursement, the main one being a free dyno pull. I said I'd be back in a month since my custom lug bolts were backordered. A month later I call them and they say they don't want to do the dyno anymore-too bad.

 

You should probably put up a separate thread detailing your experience instead of threadcrapping in their offer thread...

That or deal with this offline with them.
