Default Re-vision Sucks (mostly for Customer Service)

So I took my car over to Re-vision in Rockville. (Person 1) was there was when I went in and was easy to deal with. Week and a half later (into the three week stay), (Person 1) quits and I have to start working with (Person 2), who is godawful to deal with. My complaints include:

1. They're slow. 1-1.5 week estimate, 3 week actual. This is with me stopping by every 2-3 days to make sure they're working on it.
2. Scratched my wheel during a tire install and balance (approx 1/2").
3. Jim said he would fix the repair, instead just touches it up with paint (still very visible) and then says that's all he's willing to do because they were used wheels (although they were spotless other than two <1/8" marks).
4. I figured for a lip installation, I should bring it to a shop to get a good fit, rather than installing myself. He quoted me 20 min, then charged me for an hour. I can live with that.
5. But then he proceeds to seriously botch up my lip installation and refused to re-install or fix it. Then, he accuses me of buying a universal lip ("this isn't even for this car"). It was an AMS/Amuse replica for the AP2. He was unwilling to even make the brackets fit for the bolts and left it barely double-sided taped on.
6. They also wasted all the weatherstripping I bought from Honda in what looks like a very rushed job. I would have been better off not buying them considering how it was applied (i.e. not between the lip/bumper).
7. At the end, I decided I'd rather get my alignment elsewhere due to the lack of appropriate customer service. He argued that since they had put the car on the lift some days ago, I was accountable for paying for an alignment (that we had tentatively scheduled for the next week). After some arguing about the legality of such tactics (and a speaker call to people in the know), he finally relented, but only after I was extremely insistent. He also hung up on the guy on the speakerphone after hearing what he didn't want to hear.
8. Yeah, so he shouts at customers, which is pretty messed up. My boss happened to drive me there and was also shocked at how how much shit I was putting up with.

At the end, one of the mechanics apologizes for (Person 2)'s behavior, tells me that I'm not the first customer (Person 2)'s chased off with his bitchfits, and tells me to hit up (Person 1) as he's opening his own shop.

I am very disappointed as I used to hear good things about this place and even had a friend sponsored by them. This was also not my first experience with Re-vision (got a great alignment from them by an ex-employee), but it will surely be the last.

P.S. He also scratched my paint. I didn't even try to argue for that one with him.

I had my fenders rolled there and they cracked the paint on all 4 fenders. I don't even think they heated them up first.

Thanks for the support. I was thinking that I may have been too harsh, but then I found that the right outside door handle doesn't work. The right sidemarker wasn't working either until I caught it at the shop and they fixed it before I left. Really didn't think I'll have to be back there again.

Anyone have a good alignment shop in this area to recommend? I've been told P-Tuning in VA but Manassas is pretty far away from Rockville.

I am in Springfield just off of 495 and could take care of the alignment for you. Send me a pm if you'd be interested.

Thanks for the offer yeaitsahonda. Also just lost a lug nut. Never lost one before when I was putting them one so I don't understand how they were able to screw that up.
