Default Reinstalling new ST, and installing into car!

hey guys!

As some of you know, i purchased a hard top, but in the process, i ripped out my SOFT top to give to a friend.. but when we took it out, it ripped on the sides..

I fogot my friend still has it at his garage, and i thought to myself that maybe i can just replace the soft top, and reinstall the whole thing back into my car, so that way i can take off my hard top whenever, and if just incase i decided to, i could sell the HARD top and still have something to cover my head.

SO..... Does anyone or can anyone help with the install? i'd take you out to dinner or something for the help! please let me know =P

Seriously, my advice is to go see Lim's Auto Upholstery...

This is the biggest pain in the ass project I have ever done in my life. I will never do another soft top again.

I really need to find the time to go back and find your comments about how you don't "need" a soft top, Allen. I am pretty sure I laughed at you then, too. I knew you would come back to the dark side of the force!

Good luck with the reinstall... I'd follow Aaron's advice and get a pro to do it.

He swapped entire frames! That's the "easy" way (if there is one!)

I gotta get a new soft top, and take off the old one on the frame, and then just swap in the whole motors and frame with the new soft top on it.

Man.. i wonder how much heavier the car is gonna feel =/ WHAAA!!!!

thats like another 100 lbs onto the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sheesh!
