I'm going to be selling Cale's trailer hitch and trailer once I get the brackets off his car. He has the AP1 only brackets, but I've heard the AP2 brackets will work with both cars. I googled to no avail. I want to contact the manufacturer about the new brackets. Anyone have a contact for me?

Remember that there is a difference between the AP1 and AP2 mounting tabs. An AP2 hitch will fit both BUT an AP1 hitch will not fit an AP2 car. This is important because you probably have an AP1 hitch.

I would check with Doug at Chase Race just to be sure, though... He can tell you the length of the mounting tabs. Doug is a great guy and I am sure he will be willing to help you out no questions asked.

The difference is the length of the mounting tabs; since an AP2 bumper is a little lower, the tabs are longer.

 

Thanks for the help guys, that is the hitch. I'll contact Doug at Chase Race and find out if a buyer can upgrade to the AP2 brackets.
