Default Remove Seat Recline Plastic Cover?

I'm trying to install the Backyard low seat rails but I can't get the Seat Recline Cover off. The shop manual shows the seat recline handle coming off which would allow the cover to come off, but I can't remove the handle.

What's the secret to getting the cover off?

Thanks in advance,

Rob Robinette

I finally found the answer, the recline handle just pulls off - you have to pull very hard or use something to knock it off.

Yup. I actually struggled with that one myself.
