I placed an order with Ricks a month ago and have yet to receive the merchandise. I've tried to email about the order but get the following:

I'd like to think it's just a mix-up but since the emails get bounced, I'd just like a status on the order since my card was charged right away, and Rick's is a site sponsor.

i bought from rick's once and got my parts about 2 days later, no hitches. haven't heard of any horror stories with ricks2k yet.

We changed the e-mail addresses we used for orders and question a month or so back due to high spam traffic to those adresses.

I just need to know what your order number is and we will take it from there.
