Default Route 211

Yesterday was a definite top down day. Beautiful weather. Nice temps. I decided to take a drive up in to the mountains and headed for the curvy Rt211. It's great going up because they are two lanes on your side which means you can blow past crawling mini-vans. Ultimately ended up skirting into WV going down 259 and then down 55. Gorgeous scenery.

So does anyone else know of good roads like 211 to go down/up?

Great road, just watch out for cops.

Find a map and look for routes 675 and 678 near Lurray

Stay on 675 into West becomes 23 (trout run) take this to 55 there are a bunch of great roads out there, you just need to experiement a little.

Love that road...we were out at a ranch south of Luray this summer for a few days. Great driving roads out there. But George is right about the cops. They know it's a great driving road, too!
