I passed a black AP1 that looked like it had rims (18s? maybe chrome?) around 2:45pm today on the side of 270S near the Falls Rd exit. It had an orange flag tied to the driver's side mirror. Not sure if it was damaged or not? I didn't see anyone with it. Is it someone here? Everything okay? I'd have stopped if I saw someone.

 

I saw that same s2k in the same spot around 8:50am so it was there all day then...
