S2K and a Motorcycle
Here's the predicament...
Warm weather day. Dry roads. You own a S. You also own a perfomance Motorcycle. You can get to whereever you can get to on either.
Which gets your pick? and why?
Here's the background -
I sold my last bike last october in prep for a lighter and sportier bike this year. Now that I have a S, I wonder whether I'll do justice to having both and which one will I choose when I feel like carving some corners.

Get An R1. That is such a sexy bike.
If i had my choise on a nice day i would take a two sided object (obviously not a quarter because after buying a motorcycle and a S i would be flat broke) and flip it calling the S on heads. Then i would ride/drive the result.

Unfortunately the S2000 will NOT accelerate quite like a modern day sportbike will .....................

Well, I suppose some of my own decision was just a matter of gettin' older (if not wiser )... But I kept them both for a time when I first purchased The Bruised Banana. While I'd had sportsbikes earlier, I'd shifted into a Goldwing for a time (thus, my long-standing handle, "w1ngman" actually ).
Certainly loved the bike. Those pics are of a 1982 Goldwing folks . And of course, I REALLY loved The Bruised Banana. One of me -- but 2 "fun-in-the-sun" vehicles. The S2000 won out as the wiser of me said "I've been lucky..." With the bikes, I count my blessings that I'd enjoyed many a well-ridden year, no dumps, no blind soccer-mom incidents , no deer,..." And I came to the personal realization that with the S2000 I was enjoying all (if not more - no helmets!) freedoms of a 2-wheeler, without the potential heartaches associated with a 'donercycle.'
So, the Wing left the garage. And I haven't looked back.
Okay, okay...so this post has little to do with your thread ... Sorry, just reminiscing . Still, I am happy with my decision. Now...back to the recommendations of the younger generation ...

I'm too much of a pussy to own a motorcycle, so that automatically means it's the S2000 for me. I like to have my spirited driving with 4 wheels on the ground.
Now jetskis are a different story. I had one of those growing up, and it was a ton of fun. One day I'll have to buy one.
