So, I went ahead and did it... BOOST!
I've got 41,xxx miles on my S2000, and since picking it up 2 years ago, I've put a grand total of 5900 miles on the car (yeah, that's right, less than 3K per year), so it is far from a daily driver. I always loved the way the S2K handled and felt from when I had my first one, but I got sort of addicted to the torque of my 335i that I had right before picking this S2K. I actually had gone as far as purchasing a Comptech S/C for my first S2000, but literally the same week I placed the order, Comptech had that whole going out of business snafu, so I cancelled the order. The idea of boosting this S was lingering even though I'd pledged to stay NA when I picked it up.
So, I ended up going with the Greddy kit, since I got a deal on a used one, and I have no desire to make gobs of HP. Cory did the install, and Shad (some of you locals know him) hooked me up with the tuning. Greddy is a notoriously low HP kit, and so my numbers of 271whp/209tq are not unexpected, especially since I'm running Emanage Ultimate, but the curve looks nice, the AFRs are right, and the torque comes on nice and early, making the car feel even quicker.
With boost, comes issues... of course. I'm throwing a couple of codes related to my TPS that I need to figure out, and twice now the car has acted like it doesn't want to accelerate for a couple of seconds, which is consistent with the throttle input being shaky. I'm going to have to figure these things out to be completely happy, but all in all, the car feel much nicer and quicker, and I'm happy I've taken the plunge.

He charges $400 flat rate for as much time and as many pulls as you need until you are satisfied with the tune. It's not cheap, but he lets you be as involved with everything as you want, and he'll go the extra mile if something isn't right (we were messing with the gap on my spark plugs). My plan is to run this emanage for awhile, but eventually go with AEM for engine management. He predicted that just by making the switch, I would pull another 15-20hp out of it.
