well I'm now getting a new fender thanks to this older guy who was backing out. He hit my front fender and this other guy tried to stop him but all he got was the plate number and it was a west virginia plate. It sucks knowing that people will just hit your car and leave. well here are the pics thanks to that old guy from west virginia
