ok, so i get my hubcap stolen from me at school and im rolling around with 3 hubcaps which is not cool. i randomly search for spinning hubcaps and i came across this. only one of these in all of ebay!!!

school is in norfolk and look at the location of this seller. yes, these cities are right next to each other !!! i think someone is out to get me

look at the feedback that guy has...>1200 sales. hope they weren't all as fishy as this one...maybe you can do something about it. see if you can pay by check and win the auction..then you'll get an address to send the check to.

I work at a junkyard and those are the worst wheel covers ever made. If I had 1000 I could sell them all day long. Not taking up for the theif, But those are very prone to flying off. Go find'em and kick their tail.GOOD LUCK

.... especially since I don't see any proof that the guy selling the hubcap on ebay actually stole YOUR hubcap.
Circumstantial evidence is nice, but it won't get him convicted of anything.
