Eh, no way someone is getting that much for the entire softop top assembly. I'd be more than happy to get $1000 but I feel like even that is high.

I mean think about it well your purchase brand new top, bran new frames and motors and installation cost from shop. It will cost a fortune.. else you buy used parts and installed your self then it will cost lot less.

its like buying a new OEM hard top....

one with no tears is around 650-700 shipped.

With a tear is 4-500 maybe?

ask nextinstant39 he will tell you the price of new soft top cost... I think one im getting install was around $750... just for the top.

^Now is that guess with frame and motors or for just the top? I'd probably just look to get rid of it all at once. And it's much easier to uninstall as one giant piece.

I do not know how much frame mortor cost that why i said $500 to $600 for brand new Frames and motoros...

for just for the top is like $750 after market, not the OEM top.

Thanks for the info. I don't actually want a new top, been thinking of going to hard top and if I do so all soft top stuff is coming out to save weight and also make the HT less expensive overall.

I would buy the OEM hardtop and keep the soft top down. I dont know how much soft top assembly weight is but its good to have a back up top. when hard top is out.

HT wouldn't ever come off. I wouldn't even use the OEM latch stuff, just buy fixed brackets.

I drop off the car today at the Enterprise Upholstering, tomorrow i should have my new soft top installed with glass rear window!
