ugh! Brian I want to take this off your hands SOOOOO bad!!!

Unfortunately the timing could literally not be worse as we're meeting with real estate agents this week to possibly purchase a home in the next couple of months so I need all of the cash I can get my hands on.

If something should change with my situation I will definitely take it off your hands.
