I don't think it's the top. I bet he needs to reseal the trunk vent. Worked for me.

ok guys good news no water in the truck and also i got my car to start, water did got in the engine but not much change the spark plugs added a little bit of starter fluid and its running like a champ once again!!!

 

tell me you changed the oil.

 

ohh yeah that too sorry forgot to mention that part.
