The one on Colley definitely does not have enough parking. The one on 21st street is better for parking purposes. Most of the Starbucks in Norfolk are either in the downtown area (not easy parking) or in an area that we probably don't want to hang out (Ward's Corner).
The Starbucks on Shore Dr. is technically Va Beach, but not far from Norfolk for those driving from the other side of the water. In the alternative though, I vote 21st street.

.Sometimes Friday / Saturday evenings can be a bit tight for parking, as there are some pretty popular businesses there. If you stay towards the Starbucks side and closer to 21st Street side, we should be OK.
