Yea, im stuck in the middle of this mess.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/TRAVEL/08/12...ike/index.html

http://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory?id=1031749

I was supposed to fly out today but my flight has since been cancelled. I was forced to rebook and the earliest they could get me out is next friday to Atlanta, not even BWI where I was supposed to go in the first place. I checked local airlines for flights back to baltimore and there is nothing until saturday even. So now im gonna be stuck in ATL for a day and a half. I don't know when Im going to get home.

Me = Stressed to the max right now.

Also according to EU law, Since it was not an official strike I might not be reimbursed for anything I spend, which includes my return flight home from ATL, another weeks worth of hotel, Food, transportation, all that jazz. This sucks big time. Oh well, looks like this vacation just cost me another $1500 bucks or so.

Well other than that. Enjoy London. You should see if anyone in the London Forums will be nice enough to put you up for a bit?

If you have to pay for your ticket anyway... would it be possible to get on another airline?

I'm the same way, and things need to be on time or I'm crazy (this only applies when I'm paying for something).

That really stinks, but at least you're in a great town

Atlanta isn't all that bad either.

Sorry to hear that you are having the typical Euro problems. You kinda get used to all that crap when you live there. Euro red tape really blows.

But the strike is over now so hopefully you are somewhere in the middle of the atlantic by now.
