**Second post**
This was my first time organizing this event therefore did not know how the road conditions will be and all other factors. After reading all the comments i have decided to move the drive to morning time.

TO ALL OTHER ORGANIZER:
Lets co-ordinate together and go there in one large group rather than making three different groups. Im open for any suggestions.

It is way far out but will give you guys enough time to prepare for it likewise.

We will be leaving from Columbia at 6:30am on 10th April and will be at VA point by 8:00am.

Following are the two meeting spots and time to get everyone involved. If you have already Posted on FB page, please do not do a double entry here

1) Columbia -- Starbucks (7090 Deepage Drive Columbia MD) Will be meeting at 6am and will leave for VA at 6:30am SHARP.

2) Virginia -- Denny's (119 Hite Ln Strasburg, VA 22657) Will get to this meeting spot by 8:00am.

Registrations open up in January, so when i get a word on that, i will keep you guys posted.

Well the first thread had night time so i had to change the time and to make sure there is no confusion, i just deleted the thread and made a new one. I hope this does not have any issues with it. Just trying to accommodate with other COs to make it a big caravan rather than going there in different groups.

I would like to offer any assistance I can with the VA portion of this. I'm coming from Fairfax Station area.

 

Well, thank you for offering your help. I would like to know if time and VA meeting point is fine with everyone in VA. Im just trying to accommodate everyone and go in as a group. So im open to suggestions, in regards to time and meeting point

 

This is where we met last year. It works better as people coming down 81 dont have to go the wrong way down 66.

Thank you, i will change the VA meeting point to Denny's. Is 8am good time or do we need to change that as well ?
