I am in No. VA (Loudoun Co). Has anyone in this area had any experience with window tinting and/or spoiler installation?

 

My only experience with tint has been a bad one. We had a medium tint on my wife's BMW735 and a cop in Leesburg wrote her a ticket and told her it had to come off. The medium tint is supposedly legal in Virginia, but I didn't need the hassle. I took it off.

The front spoiler that I have on my S2000 bolted to the factory bolts, no-brainer. I don't have a rear spoiler.

 

try LA tint in woodbridge, they did my car and my customer's car. Good job
