Well, today is the day!!! I will be picking up my S2000 later today - finally! After a nightmare ordeal (which still isn't over unfortunately) at the first dealer I went to, I went to Hall Honda in Va Beach on Thursday. I only went to ask a few questions and maybe slip in a test drive. The first dealer had told me it would be mid-late May before he could get me a blue. So, I go into Hall Honda around 7:30 pm, and in less than a day - I got my blue!!! Wow.... and at a better price. Insurance was WAY lower than I expected too

So here it is 4 am in the morning... and I can't sleep. I guess I should read that owner's manual so when I pick up my baby later today, I will be ready to play!

So far, Hall Honda has treated me great, they gave me a tour of the service department, another test drive, and in general just sucked up to me. They made me feel important, whereas the first dealer acted like they were doing me a favor to "let" me buy a car from them. I kid you not, the first words out of the sales manager's mouth was "You know, we get 6-8 thousand over sticker for these" and how they were doing me a big favor to find one for me, etc etc.

Anyway....finally! Yippeeeeee

 

Mucho congrats! Be sure to not 'play' too rough with her the first 600 miles...but I'm sure you know that from the boards already. You're gonna luv it!!!

You have a couple of owners/members out your way: quicsvr and VTECnology to name a couple that I've met. There's also Dave22. And who was it...wjmb, I think, that recently moved into VA Beach from Ol' Miss. You are always welcome to play with the Richmond area owners anytime ya'd like!

Wow!!! I picked up my baby around 6 pm, and I have been driving ever since! I just don't want to get out of her LOL

I came home to grab a few more CDs, and to say, this car so far has been everything I ever wanted. And I have to say, even more so Hall Honda is great! I had taken care of all the paper work on Friday night. As soon as I showed up to pick up the car, I was told that they had gotten me an even better interest rate! And I mean I didn't even say I was looking at other rates or anything... this is just A1 service and customner care in my book...

Well, out for some more driving. And man - those headlights!!!
