TSB WORK

Hey I have the Honda care warrenty plan....I want to claim 2 TSB, one on the clutch noise when decelerating and the other on 2nd gear intermitintley grinding...Anyone recommend a good dealer to take my car to in the NOVA area

I've had TSB work done at Brown Arlington Honda...no problems. Not sure how convenient they are to you, though.

do NOT go to Fairfax Honda....they will bend you over.

I dunno, they're always nice to me. I went in for the axel nut TSB and they did the diagnostic free even though American Honda said I would have to pay for it. $94 value. They did, however, end up charging me $94 to replace the nuts, but with a 10% discount. As I've mentioned before they've also thrown in other nice stuff for me, like free state inspection and half-price compression test. Tony Imbs is my service advisor.
