Have you *looked* for them anywhere? You're looking for (front corners) 7440As and (side/repeaters) 194As. Numbers are your appropriate style/model bulb. Only reason I'm adding the "A" is for "Amber"...and most such bulbs in bubblepacks will have the "A" at the end of the style/model bulb packaging. But the give-away will be the amber on the bulb
Seriously, finding amber versions of these bulbs are quite straight forward in my experience. Any auto parts store/section of retail locations seem to offer the amber bulb solution.
