dubai is the only other place that comes to mind when i think of high end police cars. northern va sounds plauseable bc i highly doubt any other broke states has the money to waste on a project like this.

Ha, totally agree. I am from MD. I travel for business into VA and I hate it. The entire state is under construction! It gets worse every time I go. They start 3 new projects for every 1 half ass job they complete.....

Laughed hard but so true. Md built a whole new highway in the time it took to add 2 exits from 495 to 66 in va. And I don't know how rt 66 is even considered safe for public use. I'm convinced the portion near 495 must have been used for operation rolling thunder training.
