i didn't weight them unfortunately, but when i picked a wheel up..damn thing was hella light.
as for the tow hook, it's a T1R..and if properly installed..it won't rub

They are 15.1lbs or 15.4lbs front and 15.9lbs rear.

And if you go any lower you'll need to roll and relocate bumper tab, plus shave rear bumper. I shaved mine alot and still till this day I rub on the bumper at times.
