Default Valve Adjustments - May 3rd

Some open interest and behind-the-scenes PM'ing has had me make time for wrenching. If you're close to 100k miles or have a noisier-than-normal valvetrain, according to the manual you should have a valve adjustment performed. If you're looking for a little more *oomph,* setting clearances to the minimum can get you a little closer to your goal.

$100 gets you the specs you want, not just somewhere in the oem range.

* Price is for labor only. Valve cover gaskets extra if needed.

Other services may be available depending on the number of VA's lined up. Services such as diff/tranny fluid/oil changes can be performed as the car cools. It may also pan out that I might be able to do one or two Saturday after the picnic/meet at Loriella Park. If so, that(or those) vehicle can park at my house prior to the picnic, thereby ensuring that the motor is completely cool.

PS. Weather is not a problem- I have a two-car garage.

A couple PM's have come in regarding how inexpensive I'm offering this service. I wish I could do it for nada for active participants in the community, but as Ric mentioned, workk has owned me greatly this year, too. So much so that I haven't had time to get to the track yet.

Thanks for the interest. Since I can only do so many in a specific amount of time, I will begin solidifying slots immediately.
