See if you would have either shipped the item in the four days between the clearing of the check and your surgery this whole thing could have been avoided. No one knows but you and Kevin (site admins too) whether you actually responded to his pm's and email's but according to him he was not contacted. That is why he is spaming you now. The guy thinks he is getting ripped off.

I'm not familiar with your situation of getting ripped off so I cannot comment on it other than I'm sorry. But it does not justify the behavior that you have displayed.

I hate to say it but I think your credibility is ruined here. With patience you may be able to turn your tarnished image around but only time will tell.

Well it was blown way OUT OF SHAPE. I can understand if I was 3 weeks late and ignoring him. I always answered his PMS within 24 hours. I gave him the tracking number and hes still bitching.

I responded to him but one day i didnt respond for 24 hour and he has a PMS. I didnt have his address i deposited his check. I was going to wait for him to PM me. Then I was going to ask him for his address. I did just that and i got his address on the 10th or 11th? but it got worse and worse. I didnt leave my house pretty much. I told him I was going to ship his thing out air and did just that.
