Another tip: the stock scissor jack is great at allowing you to remove/install suspension parts by yourself.! When you need to exert downward force onto the control arms, place your wheel back on the axle and secure with 2 lugs. Engage the e-brake. Place the scissor jack between the tire and the upper wheel-well. Extend jack. Voila!

Again, this allows you to be a one-man show if need be. Often i work on the S after I get home from work late at night.

You used air tools to put on your X brace huh?
My Whiteline underbrace had to be impacted on as well!

I now have an impact gun! I bought one to replace dave22's rr axle.

It will take you more than two hours. There's the time to break the lugs, jack the car up, remove the wheels, remove the stock setup, etc.
first time ever working on the S... it took me 4 hours to install my coilovers and EDFC......and setting up the EDFC is not an easy task.... it shouldn't take more then 2 and a half hours to install coilovers..

I'm slooooow and like to clean sh!t.

BTW, installing Konis and GC/Eibachs for the first time ever is not a 2.5 hr job. I searched and searched... there is no complete install thread. I started taking detailed pictures of every step, but gave up as it became to friggin' tedious. That task was a nightmare, but I got 'er done! Maybe that's why I wrecked?!

Gotcha. I'll take that as a compliment then.

Did I mention they got some light overspray on my springs and shocks? Ask me how I know!
