I'd like to find out where many of our original members are now. I'm not on any social media, so it's possible they are posting on those sites. I saw a post from tenblade2001 (Steve) which prompted this thread. If you old timers are lurking about, please check in and tell us what you've been up to! Also, some of us will be in Myrtle Beach for a Cars and Coffee on Feb 15 (see Mid-A/Carolinas thread). Consider taking a road trip and joining us!

 

Evan (TepEvan) is still around. (But only in HAW) That's about it as far as original.

 

I'm still here...but now relegating myself to status of "Lurker Extraordinaire!" Just recently rolled 285K miles on The Bruised Banana. I hope to reach 300K before plopping a fresh AP1 short block in (#1 cylinder really slurpin' oil anymore...)

Well, how could I resist checking in...your original M/A community organizer here....

Basically been club racing for 10yrs (since wrecking the S2K) as well as doing a bunch of coaching (including the 2011 SCCA World Challenge TC Rookie of the Year and two ARRC ITB champions). I also spent the last two years on the DC Region SCCA's Board of Directors.

Still in the IT industry and driving nothing but Honda products (unless you count my tow vehicle).

Myrtle beach sounds like fun, but I don't quite know my work schedule yet. It'd be neat to see some familiar faces!

 

I think you'll find my join date as S2Ki's first day in existence. My the place has grown, even with the car out of production.
