I lived in DC for 7 years and people do drive crazy up there - and I say that from personal experience. Everyone is always in a rush and the city streets are not equiped to handle the traffic.

I live in Nova about 15 minutes away from d.c and yes people drive crazy, especially the maryland folks.

I have a buddy at Georgia Washington University. He has been in 3 accidents in his 1st year, and he had never been in one before moving there.

Maryland + Virginia drivers are the worst IMO. I spend 90% of my life in DC and it isnt that bad. I rarely ever get stuck in traffic.
