WTB: Downstream o2 sensor and axle

WTB: Downstream o2 sensor and axle
My inner and out joints are both gone so I i figured i might as well just get a whole new one, and i need an o2 sensor but they go for about $240 at my employee price. Anyone happen to have any spares of either?
