If you are ordering from Jeff, I doubt it would be worth it to just order one.

If someone is in a crisis and needs a filter, I've got a few here, but like Sip said, it's pretty easy to just order them from HTG. That's what I did.

The amount I'd have to order from HTG to make it any real savings is just more filters than I really need right now.

The filters cost maybe $1 more from the dealer? Is that really going to break the bank? Also, the cost of shipping the filter is much more than the difference in cost from the dealer.

I have a filter if you still need it. With plenty of tranny/diff/engine oil. Let me know if you still need it. Thanks.

Well actually, HTG has them for $6.34 each. I think I paid something like $18 at the stealership. So that is a decent difference. I'd have to be ordering a decent number to make it a worthwhile venture, but a penny saved is a penny earned.

Beyond that, I hate giving the stealership my money.

$18?!? I just called them about a filter yesterday and they said $8!!! I reluctantly bought the mobil 1 anyways since I didn't feel like going over there.

it was $13, my bad. WHen I called they told me $6. I got there it was $13. I was like WTF (in my head, since I needed the filter). SoCal is giving me a good deal on one.

If we could get 9 members interested at once we could get the filters for about $7.50 a piece shipped from HTG.
