Default ? for you CDC members

Hey there! Im really looking forward to getting out to more Mid-A meets this year should work permit, Ive also always wanted to get into Auto-X. Now, on the CDC website they say they have the right to refuse to let cars drive if they are too loud, any auto-Xers out there running loud exhausts? I have a 70mm Invidia single with TP, will this be a problem? Any other helpful hints to get started would be great as well.

there are a few very loud cars that they allow to run, so, you should be fine!!

Some FF5 cobras and a subaru are very loud!!

Okay good! Im sure they are trying to keep the ricers and A-Holes from revving up and making more noise than necessary but I had to check. I wish I could make the next AutoX seems like a good turnout from the community! Im gonna be a huge newb to this so I will need all the advice/pointers the seasoned drivers can spare when I come!

I got a warning last year when I had a T1R 63mm w/ a raceheader on my old RSX with 95 hp. Since, we aren't in Manassas I don't think you'll have a problem. Just run it and if there are complaints after the event fix it.

If you have a silencer bring it.

So, you're the guy with the loud RSX. White color, right?

LOL. I used to run my Rick's header, testpipe, and dual Invidia and redlining at 10k. It was just a little loud.

CDC is becoming tougher with noise requirements. This started last season and will continue this year. My guess is a 70mm with testpipe is not going to be allowed at CDC event. What will happen is that if your car is too loud we will allow you to run but give you a "fix-it" type warning so that the next time you run an event we expect you to have a silencer inserted.
