All Con:

In talking to Mike of AMS Tuning, of Gaithersberg, MD, I have decided to go with the Black-Chrome Powder Coat for my MY04 stock wheels. I found a picture of what I believe to be the closest thing, if not exact, to the Black-Chrome Powder Coat that AMS will be able to do.

So, what do you all think?

Are you sure black rims are the way to go?

They look like rims covered in break dust most of the time.

I was a little sketchy putting the picture of the Subey on this thread.

From what Mike says, It looks nothing like a "Black Rim."
I don't want that brake-dust look either.

I will to finalize my choice as soon as I see the pair of wheels that Mike is planning on Powder Coating Black Chrome.

Until then...I can only drive and enjoy the hell out of my car!
