B&T motorsports in Lorton will drop your diff, install the new gear, and put it back in all for a flat rate of $285. i got mine done there and haven't had any problems since. their price is unbeatable.

i thought the same thing at first, but then decided to go with them anyway since Manny recommended them. i've been running the 4.77 since October without any problems whatsoever. i do not baby my car (driving wise) by any means.
