Yeah, got a few bites from there, just been too lazy to continuously bump the thread.

I did find out good news though. The throw out bearing isn't a problem. I was unaware of the need for a driveshaft spacer when you lower an AP1, and I've been told that is the cause of the periodic noise I've been hearing.

I dunno, but I was told to give it a try. The car has almost 107k miles on it, and the noise wasn't there until I lowered the car.

Once the housings are pitted, they're pitted. Spacers won't help. Sometimes switching the housings side-to-side will temporarily remedy the clicking. The good news is that replacing them is not overly difficult.
