Might be interested in the iPod adapter, does it require any wire splicing or is it simply plug and play?

How long is the wire from the unit to the iPod connector as well?

Plug and play into the CD changer harness. The cable is a long enough to go from the trunk (where the harness is) to the seat and more.

any chance the ipod cable will work with an AP1? I believe they have the ability to plug in a CD changer as well.
