I noticed several references to Abu Dhabi on this forum. I've just bought an S2000 and live in AD. Does anybody know of any good roads nearby where the S2000 can be properly opened up?

 

if you really want to appreciate the S, go to khalifa city A. Lots of short straights and roundabouts.

For top speed, go on the al ain highway

 

iam in AD too ... i did the maximum speed in al falah area

al falah area is after the airport ... pretty far ... but the roads there are very long and there are no radars

i usualy race there too

I think I passed by the al falah area a few days ago but I noticed some radars in there. By the way I came from the airport heading to Dubai.

 

Has anyone tried the roundabouts near the Palaces in Al Bateen? The roads are quiet at night and you can slide the S on the roundabouts - watch out for the water and metal cat's eyes though, especially when accelerating out from the roundabouts! The car will spin!

 

no no .... not that road ..... the road between al falah and al shahama .... 2 lines street ... 100% radar free

 

The roundabouts in the palaces' area near bateen is a nice place indeed. I pass through there morning and evening. If often see a black s2 there. Who could that be? Mine is a silverstone.
