Looking to go non stock .....
Hi - owned the S for nearly a year now, one of the best decisions i've ever made !
Having enjoyed the car so much i'd like to explore a few ways of adding a little extra power.
I've read superchargers are preferred over turbos but both involve a lot of work and have the potential to go wrong.
I'm not so interested in making such a drastic change and to be honest am no mechanic .....
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Andy

Hey Andy,
I'f you're looking for more power, it is very difficult to get large gains with bolt ons. A good set of headers, exhaust and intake with a tune (vafc or something) may net you about 20hp plus or minus.
But if you are looking for a little show and sound as well then a nice set of the above with some rims would be very nice.
There are many people with superchargers at stock boost running reliably for many years and daily driving. You would need a good install is all.
Speak with Umair for some locally available parts.

Cheers guys. I think i'm out of my depth on this..... Essentially looking to gain a bit more low end rpm power. I'll drop Umair a line - i knew it would be you 2 guys involved in this posting at some stage ! thanks - Andy
