Please excuse my ignorance but "Its in English?" I did not expect for it to be in English. Does everyone there speak English or is it very very common.

English is the link between cultures all over the world. People over here speak Urdu,Hindi,Arabic, but all of them speak english...there is a saying in Dubai:
If you need to talk to someone, he will speak English, if he does not, you probebly don't need to talk to him:O) I've learn english here in Dubai. This is not an arabic country, this is a mix of cultures.
