S2000 CR
In Japan and NAR yes 2.2, it is called type S for JDM.
I don't think so, i have not seen any.
I prefere the standard S, You don't need hard ride here, you need a soft top, you need at least AC, but if you install AC and Audio system there is not much waight saving...

All S2000's from the dealer here are 2.0L engines (AP1) with chassis, suspsension etc. AP2.
There are no official CRs here mainly because they do not come with air-con, and that would be ridiculous here
They can be imported, but will likely only be used for the track.

A/C and sound system are optional, however it cost less to get the CR then getting the standard one and buying a hard top....id rather go for the hard top and a rough ride!! ill check deallers in the US

Would be nice to see again George. By the way whats the car market like in the US now? I've seen listings for brand new CRs being sold for USD 30,000 or even less which is cheaper than we would get the standard S here!
