Default Autocross Class

I will be moving to KC in August and plan on autocrossing once I get there. My question is, which classes will my car be in? It qualifies for the stock class, so one class will be AS, but is there an indexed class that I can also run in? In the Northeast Oklahoma chapter I could run AS and either XAS or NAS, the latter two being different indexed classes. Are there similar classes for the KC chapter?

Thanks in advance.

I would suggest u post any autox questions on the local autox forums. Try www.kcautox.com or www.mokanmotorsports.com

When r u planning to move to KC? I along with about 6-8 other "S" owners participate in most autox events and would be happy to introduce u to them. There r events almost every weekend (KCK,KCMO,Topeka). Steve.

IT all depends on what mods you have done to your car.my car is a 01 i have 17 in wheels ,cold air ind,an a carbon fiber wing, all that stuff puts me in SM2(STREET MODIFIED 2).I suggest you call the SCCA at 785 357 7222.they will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the help. I was not aware of the kcautox.com site. I will post my question there.
