Default Lost a friend

Lost a friend yesterday due to a motorcycle accident on Hwy 5. We drove that road on our last get together after D&B. He was a good kid (19), was on our local KC Subaru board, name was Leo. Please be careful if you ride bikes. We may be setting up a donaation for his family, I will let ya know.

R.I.P Leo

Was told about this at dinner last night and reading about it at KCSR earlier. 19 years old bad deal.

Absolutely right Mark. This is why I stopped riding a few years back, it seemed to make me into another animal every time I got onto it.

I am really really sorry to hear that! I think I remember talking to him when we were @ D&B. Did he also join us @ Saddlers? My 21 year old son just resently bought a street bike. I tried to discourage it but he is on his own. Again sorry about Leo. So young, so sad.

That sucks. The problem is that even if you're really careful, you can't prevent someone in an SUV from running a red light and hitting you.
